Covid-19: Fahmi Fadzil Confirms Lembah Pantai Staff Tests Positive

A staff member at Lembah Pantai service centre has tested positive for Covid-19, says its Member of Parliament (MP) Fahmi Fadzil.
In a Facebook post, Fahmi explains that the staff member had recently returned from Sabah on 25 September.
On the advice of the Health Ministry, the Lembah Pantai MP and other staff members have undergone Covid-19 testing this morning and will undergo home quarantine.
We will undergo home quarantine for as long as Lembah Pantai district office directs us to and my office will be closed until the ‘home quarantine’ order is completed.

He also says that the office will undergo sanitization and disinfection this evening.
The Health Ministry announced that those entering Peninsular Malaysia between 27 September to 10 October will have to undergo home quarantine and be screened for Covid-19.
Four districts in Sabah with a cumulative 1,195 Covid-19 cases have been put under a 14-day Targeted Enhanced Movement Control Order (TEMCO) beginning today.
