333 People In Malaysia Recovered From Covid-19 Today, The Highest Number Since MCO

On June 16, Malaysia records 333 cases of recovery from the Covid-19 virus, making it the highest number of patient recovery for the country since the start of the nationwide Conditional Movement Control Order (MCO) period.

In total, 7,733 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Malaysia.

Meanwhile, the Health Ministry (MOH) reports 11 new cases of infections involving one imported case and 10 locally transmitted cases, of which four Malaysian citizens (one from Selangor and three from Sarawak) and six foreigners (two from Kuala Lumpur and four from Negeri Sembilan) were confirmed positive for the virus.

To date, the country has recorded a total of 8,505 positive cases with 651 of those cases still active.

Cases within the country are currently concentrated in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Johor and Sarawak.
