Covid-19: Selangor Makes Stunning Improvement From Highest In The Nation To Zero New Cases Yesterday

Selangor recorded zero new cases of Covid-19 yesterday, a stunning improvement for the state that, at one point, had the highest cases in the country.
This is the first time Selangor has recorded no new cases, either locally transmitted or imported.
Congratulations to the people of Selangor, but we must remain disciplined and practice social distancing because Covid-19 is still around us.

Previously, the districts of Hulu Langat, Petaling and Gombak were among the top Covid-19 red zones.
However, as of 10th June, Petaling and Gombak are now yellow zones with 18 and 13 active cases respectively. Only Hulu Langat with 76 active cases and Sepang with 68 active cases remain in the red.
Based on the latest data provided by the Selangor Task Force Covid-19, the state has 201 active cases. To date, Selangor records a total of 1,971 cases and 23 deaths.
