Some good news for people looking to buy a brand new local car; Malaysia’s largest car manufacturer, Perodua, is giving away cash rebates between 3% to 6% for all purchases.
The given rebates would effectively be reducing the price of selected Perodua models, beginning June 10 till December 2020.
This price drop is partially due to the government’s implementation of the 100% sales tax exemption on locally-assembled (CKD) cars, and the 50% tax cut on fully-imported (CBU) models, announced as part of the Covid-19 stimulus plan.
This simply means that those who are interested in getting behind the wheel of a new; Myvi, Axia, Bezza, or any other Perodua model car, are able to do so for a slightly cheaper price than usual.
If you’d like more information, head on over to Perodua’s official website or a showroom near you, today.
