CMCO Extended 4 More Weeks To 9 June
Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has announced that the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) will be extended for four more weeks till 9 June 2020.
The Prime Minister also mentioned that Malaysians will not be allowed to travel back to their hometowns for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.
This is despite the positive developments we have observed – higher recovery rates and lower number of red zones in the country – as Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and the National Security Council (MKN) agreed that the fight against Covid-19 is not over.
More standard operating procedures regarding economic and religious activities will be announced soon, he said.
