Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa announced that all hawkers and traders are not allowed to conduct their businesses at residential areas throughout Ramadan.
According to Bernama, this decision is made according to the National Security Councilâ€™s (MKN) recommendations that roadside traders and hawkers are no longer allowed to operate.

Annuar also revealed that the ministry had received complaints through its WhatsApp public helpline, Pertiwi that some people had opened up stalls selling food for â€˜buka puasaâ€™ (breaking fast) at the Peopleâ€™s Housing Projects (PPR).
