Selangor Residents Encouraged To Pay Water Bills Online

Selangoreans can now choose to get their monthly water bills straight on their mobile phones via WhatsApp.

State residents as well as those living in Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya who register for the service will receive their paperless e-bills to allow for more convenient, seamless online transactions.
Since the announcement of the Movement Control Order (MCO) Air Selangor Sdn Bhd has suspended all of its counter service operations as well as taking water meter readings on-location, besides requiring all bill payments to be made online.
Customers who wish to register for the “e-Bil†service may head on over to Air Selangor’s official webpage, HERE.
Alternatively, Selangor residents can also opt to pay their water bills through their personal online banking services or Air Selangor’s other e-billing services via; JomPay, Air’s Selangor’s mobile app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or at any available POS Malaysia, 7-Eleven and petrol station kiosks.
Air Selangor also assures its customers of adequate clean water supply during the nationwide quarantine.
