New Covid-19 Sub-Cluster Found In Rembau, Negeri Sembilan

Health authorities have detected another Covid-19 sub-cluster branching off from infections linked to the gathering at Sri Petaling Mosque.
Health Director-General Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah announced that the Health Ministry (MoH) detected the new sub-cluster in the district of Rembau in Negeri Sembilan.
According to Dr Noor Hisham, 27 cases from this area have tested positive, with 2 cases in the intensive care unit (ICU).
He said that the cases started from a meeting held at a school in the area. One of the attendees of this meeting was Case 448, a case identified from the Sri Petaling Mosque gathering cluster.
Then some of the people who went to the meeting became infected and spread the infection to their families at home.
