Another 159 New Covid-19 Patients In Malaysia

Malaysia records 159 new Covid-19 cases in the country today, bringing the new total number of Covid-19 cases to 2,320.
The Health Ministry also reported that among the Covid-19 patients currently receiving treatment in hospitals, 73 are in ICU, of which 54 require ventilators as breathing assistance.
There has also been another death reported, bringing the death toll to 27 in Malaysia.
The 27th Covid-19 victim a 61-year-old male (patient 2,162). The deceased had a history of diabetes and hypertension. He was admitted to Hospital Tangkak in Muar, Johor on 24 March 2020 and was later transferred to Sultanah Fatimah Specialist Hospital, Muar on 25 March.ÂÂ
He died at 10.50am on 28 March 2020.
