His Highness Tunku Abu Bakar Ibrahim Ibni Tunku Ismail celebrated his seventh birthday in spectacular fashion, with two former WWE stars making special appearances at his wrestling-themed party.

Held at Bukit Pelangi Palace on July 18, the celebration was made even more memorable with the presence of wrestling legends Rikishi and Chavo Guerrero, who entertained guests and joined in the festivities.

While both have stepped back from full-time competition, neither wrestler has officially retired. Rikishi has continued to make occasional appearances on the independent wrestling circuit since leaving WWE in 2004, while Guerrero has shifted much of his focus to producing and backstage roles, although he still wrestles sporadically after his last widely recognised match in 2019.

Malaysia’s own pro wrestler Ayez Shaukat also made an appearance at the celebration.

Tunku Ismail, popularly known as TMJ, is a passionate sports enthusiast with interests ranging from football and polo to combat sports.

The Johor Regent has previously expressed his ambition to bring major combat sports events, including WWE and mixed martial arts (MMA), to Johor Bahru.
