The move, made public this Tuesday afternoon, comes amid speculation over ministerial vacancies and ongoing efforts to strengthen the Madani Government’s administrative capacity.

Among the key takeaways is that the rumour that Khairy Jamaluddin is set to make a return remains just that, rumours.
