Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has announced his lineup of ministers and deputy ministers as part of a long-anticipated cabinet reshuffle for the federal government.

The move, made public this Tuesday afternoon, comes amid speculation over ministerial vacancies and ongoing efforts to strengthen the Madani Government’s administrative capacity.

Among the key takeaways is that the rumour that Khairy Jamaluddin is set to make a return remains just that, rumours.

The reshuffle fills several key vacancies that emerged in recent months, including positions left open due to resignations and expiring senate terms, and involves a number of portfolio changes across government departments.
