Hiking precautionary measures
While hiking is a healthy activity, several precautionary measures can be adopted such as having proper rest, taking breakfast, and consuming fluids before a hike, and to bring along drinking water.
It is also advisable to get a doctor’s opinion on one’s fitness level before attempting to hike as exerting yourself too much may bring unwanted consequences.
Pick a hill or trail that you are comfortable with and always wear proper gear. Wearing proper clothes according to the weather is also important.
