Live Nation has announced that all the tickets for Coldplay Music of the Spheres World Tour are officially SOLD OUT. No more, nada, zilch, yilek!
Coldplay fans who queued for the second time today, after missing the pre-sales for CIMB cardholders only, are sad to have missed out on the opportunity to watch the concert live this November.
Many people have complained that they were still in the online queue when they found out all the tickets had been taken.

We would like to thank everyone for your extraordinary overwhelming support towards Coldplay live in Kuala Lumpur, looking forward to seeing you on 22nd November at National Stadium Bukit Jalil! 🌠❤ pic.twitter.com/gt21U6UQ1C
Some have turned their anger towards ticket scalpers who have posted their tickets for sale on online sites with marked-up prices.
The concert organiser Live Nation has cautioned fans not to purchase third-party tickets from these scalpers as these tickets could be voided on the day of entry.
However, seasoned concertgoers were doubtful that it makes any difference and don’t think any action would be taken against scalpers and touts.
Netizens advised others not to give in and risk buying tickets from scalpers and touts online.
This led to calls for concert organisers to make the tickets non-transferable and verified, similar to what was done for Ed Sheeran’s 2017 concert in Bangkok.
Some claimed that latecomers in the online queue managed to get tickets while those who queued as early as 8am did not.
An annoyed netizen said at this rate, they rather queue up for physical tickets so at least they know they were in line instead of putting up with a flawed system.
Previously, netizens asked Coldplay to consider having a day-two show to get ahead of ticket scalpers.
There’s no word yet whether that can happen and there’s no guarantee that it’ll do much to stop opportunists from trying to make a quick profit.

the system is quite unfair. i've been on the queue since 9am but the bar still stuck at 10% after a freaking one hour on the line. i see a bunch of those that started at 10am++ and already got the ticket😤 i wonder what makes us differ in terms of the buying que??? #COLDPLAYinKL

Ramai ulat ticket…owh jap 'reseller' luar tu.
Call them out.
Organisers won't do shit about this.
YOU as a concert goer can.
Don't use their services.
Expose them for their activities.
Trust me. You can't fight against those using bots etc
Yes. Like this one where they stamp your full name on the ticket.

Best part: The organiser checked each and every one ticket with your ID before entering the venue.
If the details are not the same, they'll ask you to get the owner of the ticket to come and verify. https://t.co/rF1BBUtNSJ pic.twitter.com/kP6hO1hljQ
Don’t buy from scalpers. We all have to be patient, even if it is for an event we would love to attend. Let the scalpers hold on the thousands of ringgit worth of tickets they can’t sell. If this happens a few times for a few events, they will get the message and cease to exist.

Best way to make them suffer is to not buy from them. Let them hold on to the ticket until the concert ends. That's the only way to combat scalpers. We've played this game with PS5 orders before. https://t.co/84GAC7qRfu

So we can't do anything about them? @livenationmy @CIMBMalaysia #COLDPLAYinKL #Coldplay pic.twitter.com/iXT7nHVwWx

At this point, just bring back physical ticketing. I rather queue under the hot sun, atleast knowing where I'm at in the queue than buying online in a flawed system. Queueing since 8am but my bar didnt even move an inch. Whereas those that came late alr got tics. #COLDPLAYinKL
