PM Expected To Share Good News Before Raya, What Can It Be?

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is expected to share good news before Hari Raya Aidilfitri this year.

Local Government Development Minister Nga Kor Ming mentioned this on his official Twitter last night.

Everyone is still kept in the dark as to what it is and this prompted netizens to come up with various theories.

Netizens hoped that Anwar will announce free tolls during the Raya celebrations and extra holidays. A netizen specifically asked for Friday to be a public holiday.

On the other hand, some asked for more holidays instead of free tolls because they don’t want to put up with heavy traffic.

They also reminded the government to make the extra public holiday announcement early. This is perhaps so everyone could plan their travels and stays ahead.

Some kept their wish modest and asked for the government to lower the price of chickens and eggs.

A netizen jokingly said maybe the other shoe finally drops and the public will receive news of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak going free and the case against the current deputy prime minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi will be dropped.

Whatever it is, netizens are intrigued and time will tell if the anticipation is worth it.
