A Facebook post shared by user Selva Kumar, showed a series of video clips of a troubling account of an alleged attack concerning enforcement officers, a senior citizen, and some dogs.

The post has since gone viral on WhatsApp.

Selva Kumar alleged that the altercation along Jalan 18/17 Taman Kanagapuram, Petaling Jaya involved several MBPJ officers and an elderly man.

He added that he had stepped out of his car to stop what was happening.

The officers allegedly called on Selva Kumar to report this issue to the police if he wanted to do something about it.

Selva added that after explaining the situation to the elderly man, he finally ended up handing over three of his dogs, one of them being a puppy.

Selva Kumar also noted that the uncle mentioned that the officers didn’t explain their intention and failed to show any reports or official identification and immediately started attacking him.

In his post, he also pointed out that the uncle had suffered injuries to his jaw and cheek as well as sustained a cut to his wrist due to how roughly the officers handled him.

I’m the eye witness of this brutality. No one person in their team questioned or stopped the other officer from violating the old uncle who was all alone when the incident took place.

He also noted that the man was no stranger to the area and has had these dogs for years.

He brings all his dogs out for a walk twice a day and takes good care of them by feeding and providing shelter on his own expense. These dogs are harmless and even if there is a mistake committed by him, physically or verbally abusing anyone in the name of power is hard no.

It was also pointed out to The Rakyat Post that the elderly man has since lodged a police report at a police station on Jalan Klang Lama and provided the authorities with footage from the CCTV camera.
