Animals usually have a high instinct in protecting their young ones. An example can be seen in a video that went viral on Twitter.
In the video, two motorists had quite a scare when a cow suddenly charged at them in Kampung Bukit Lintang, Melaka.

The video was taken by a passerby in a car.
The two motorists were earlier riding behind the cow and its calf before the cow turned and charged at them.
Possibly the cow felt threatened and was just acting to protect its calf.
One of the motorists managed to escape on his bike while the other had to leave his bike before running of.
Luckily the motorists and the cow were not hurt in the process. However, the owner of the cows remains unknown.
The passerby who was taking the video can be seen asking the driver to reverse the car before anything happened to them.
While the video may seem cute, laws were broken.
As stated by a Twitter user, if anything were to happen to the two motorists, the owner of the cow is liable.

It is important for all animal owners to make sure that their animals are not causing harm to anyone and if you encounter a situation like in the video, it is advisable to stay away for your own safety.
