Netflix watchers can rejoice! Netflix is updating the pricing of its Basic Plan from RM35 per month to RM28 per month in Malaysia.
In other words, viewers get to catch all of their favourite TV shows and movies at an even better value.
Netflix’s goal is simple: to offer a wide variety of quality shows and films so there’s something to watch for everyone.
New members who sign up will see the new price for the Basic Plan immediately starting today.
For the existing members, there will be a gradual update rollout over the coming weeks from their next billing cycle.
Existing members will be notified by email and the exact timing depends on the specific member’s billing cycle.
Netflix has been investing heavily in new shows and films and some of the upcoming ones include:

- Kill Boksoon
- Extraction 2
