Khairulaming Apologises For Manager’s Arrogant And Rude Behaviour, Promised To Make Changes
Khairulaming said his manager is his friend so he trusted him to manage all communications well.

Malaysian Instafamous chef turned entrepreneur Khairulaming had to apologise to his fans and the public after there were complaints about his manager.
A few netizens alleged that Khairulaming’s manager was hard to reach and behaved arrogantly when dealing with potential clients.
The manager allegedly would speak to potential clients in a condescending manner and block all clients’ attempts to speak to Khairulaming in person.
A netizen claimed that the manager said he preferred receiving enquiries through phone calls than Whatsapp. However, he wouldn’t pick up the phone calls from clients.

When clients request to speak to Khairulaming, the manager would retort, “Who are you?”
In another encounter, the client received an earful from the manager so the client asked if it was a good time to talk on the phone. In response, the manager said, “I’ve already answered the call so might as well just talk.”
One of the netizens added that contacting Tokti (Siti Nurhaliza’s manager) was a better experience than communicating with Khairulaming’s manager.

Khairulaming promised to make improvements
After apologising to everyone, Khairulaming outlined a few things he would do moving forwards.
First, he has removed all of his manager’s contacts from social media and would handle all enquiries on his own until he finds a replacement.
For the time being, he’ll also temporarily stop making client videos including food products, restaurants or seminars.
He added that he intends to go back and focus on what he loves doing best: cooking videos.
In his apology, he explained that the manager is his friend so he trusted him to handle everything without checking the quality of his work.
Aside from that, he acknowledged that it was advisable to separate his business from his friendships. He explained that it was hard for him to separate both because he started from the bottom with his friends.
After this incident, he promised to take note of the lessons and do the necessary actions to rectify the issues.
