The shuttle service was paused on 24 March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the international border closures.

Sinar Harian reported that 68,070 tickets were sold on Friday during the early sales. It helped travellers plan their trip to Singapore, especially those living in Johor but commuting daily to work in Singapore.

According to The Edge Markets, there’ll be 31 trips daily starting from 5am to 11.45pm, with 13 trips from Malaysia-Singapore route and 18 trips from Singapore-Malaysia route.

Dr Wee added that the ticket price for the JB Sentral to Woodlands route costs RM5 per person, while the Woodlands to JB Sentral route costs RM15.86 (S$5) per person.

Passengers can buy the tickets using the KITS online system or at ticket counters. They’re also required to register and fill in their passport number before purchasing a ticket.
