For those who wondered why the group seemed slow to evacuate, a netizen explained that embassy officials are always the last ones to get out.
This is because it’s their duty to make sure their countrymen get out of the country safely first in any crisis.
Di waktu krisis, kakitangan kedutaan selalunya yang terakhir keluar, memastikan semua rakyat Malaysia selamat terlebih dahulu. Risiko betugas di kedutaan-kedutaan Malaysia seuruh dunia. Ini bentuk pengorbanan kepada negara dalam diam. Syabas— 🇲🇾Khairil H (@KHilmiM) February 27, 2022
