MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day (MBD) 2026 is staging its grand finale in Putrajaya this weekend, celebrating the power of simple everyday choices – enjoying a nutritious breakfast, staying active, and spending quality time with loved ones.
More than just a community event, MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day continues to inspire families across generations to embrace healthier morning routines together, strengthening family bonds while building lifelong healthy habits.
So, come with your families and friends to this exciting and much-anticipated finale to be held at Dataran Putrajaya, Perbadanan Putrajaya 24, Persiaran Perdana, from 6 am to 11 am this Sunday (12 July).

The nationwide journey began in Sabah before continuing to Terengganu, Sarawak, Pahang, Kelantan and finally concluding in Putrajaya.
Across the first five states, the initiative has brought together close to 40,000 participants, reinforcing one meaningful message: healthy lifestyles are best nurtured together as a family.
For generations of Malaysians, MILO® has been more than a breakfast beverage; it has been a familiar part of family breakfast tables, connecting parents, children, and grandparents through shared morning moments and traditions that continue to be passed down from one generation to the next.

Participants can also look forward to a wide range of educational, interactive and family-friendly activities designed to encourage movement, learning and meaningful engagement across all age groups.
Complementing these efforts is the Nestlé for Healthier Kids (N4HK) programme, which empowers families with practical knowledge and simple everyday habits that support children’s health and well-being.

Hisham Ab Rahman, 60 and Marilyn Yusoff, 57, attended MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2026 Pahang alongside their children and grandchildren, who travelled from Putrajaya and Cyberjaya to celebrate Father’s Day together as a family.
“This is our first time joining MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day Pahang as a family, and it is made even more meaningful because our children travelled so far to be here for the run in Kuantan, where we reside. As a father and grandfather, there is no better gift than having the whole family to stay healthy and active together, and creating memories across four generations,” said Hisham.
Marilyn also shared that healthy breakfast habits have always been a family value passed down from one generation to the next. “I grew up drinking MILO®, and now my children and grandchildren start their day with a cup of MILO® too.”
A good breakfast is definitely important to give children the energy and focus they need throughout the day. It is heartwarming to see the same healthy habits continue across generations and MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2026 gave us the perfect opportunity to celebrate that together as a family.

Lee Zhi Yong, 42, originally from Kuala Lumpur and now based in Kuantan, also joined the MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day Pahang run with his father.
This marks the family’s third participation in the event. Lee said, “I invited my dad to join because with our busy schedules, it’s not often we get to spend time like this together. Weekdays are usually hectic, so we try to make our weekends meaningful by having breakfast together and checking in on one another. It helps us stay close despite our routines.”
Lee’s father, Tou Sim Ming, 75, added that the experience made their bond even more meaningful. “I have my own routine of morning walks, but doing this with my son makes it special.”
MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2026 is a great initiative that promotes an active lifestyle and reminds us of the importance of starting the day with a nutritious breakfast for lasting energy and well-being.

Ericha Fitrih, 30, who brought her whole family to the event, said, “This is actually our first time joining MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day as a whole family, from grandparents to parents, siblings and even my 19-month-old toddler.”
We wanted to do something different together rather than just staying at home. It’s not every day that three generations can share the same activity, and today really made it special for us. The children enjoyed it, the older ones kept a comfortable pace, and for us it’s really about creating memories and experiencing something healthy and fun together as a family.

Afiqah Daid, 24, shared, “All 30 of us, from my mom and dad to my cousins, came here with excitement in our hearts, staying overnight here so that we could wake up early and experience the incredible spirit of this run together. We travelled 40 km from Papar to join the event in Kota Kinabalu.”
It was never just about distance, but about family, memories, and the joy of being together. MILO® has been part of my life since childhood, a symbol of energy and cherished moments that stay with you forever. So, thank you MILO® for inspiring healthier lifestyles and creating these moments for families like ours to treasure for years to come.
