Campari, the iconic Italian aperitif and the heart of every Negroni, has teamed up with Imbibe, the liquid culture magazine from United States, to bring you the 12th edition of this global cocktail movement.
With participating bars and restaurants across 160 countries, including Malaysia, this week-long event is set to be a thrilling celebration of creativity, community, and the enduring appeal of the Negroni.
But Negroni Week 2024 isn’t just about sipping delicious cocktails – it’s also about making a difference!
Funds raised during the event will be donated to Slow Food, a global charity partner striving for universal access to good, clean, and fair food, or the bar’s preferred beneficiary.
Investing in the Future: Hospitality Industry Initiatives
This year, the funds will be allocated to hospitality industry initiatives such as education scholarships and advocacy programs.
In Malaysia, the excitement is reaching new heights with the Campari Red Hands Final coinciding with the Negroni Week opening.
On 18 September, the ultimate bartending champion will be crowned at the R Bar, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur, after a thrilling showdown earlier in the day.
Cocktail lovers can look forward to a cinema-themed extravaganza, complete with exclusive Negroni variants, photo opportunities, and the chance to rub shoulders with industry stalwarts.
