Newly-Opened Citadines Prai In Penang Offers Comfort And Convenience

Previously named Sky Residence Prai, the Ascott revamps the property into Citadines Prai Penang, offering 168 serviced apartments in Bukit Mertajam.

Citadines Prai Penang officially opened to the public yesterday (4 May).

Located in Bukit Mertajam, this serviced residence is surrounded by numerous multinational companies, offices and high-tech enterprises. It’s also a short walking distance to Juru Sentral, Icon City, restaurants and entertainment venues that cater to residents’ leisure and recreational needs.

The grand launch was officiated by Chief Minister of Penang, Chow Kon Yeow. In his speech, he mentioned that 5 years ago, he would always pass by this area when returning from KL and he is proud of the changes the area has gone through, with various rapid development.
