Developed by Plenitude Berhad, Domitys Bangsar is Ascott’s first senior living residence with 100 well-furnished apartments comprising studious to three-bedroomed units from 55 sqm to 158 sqm.
All of the rooms come fully furnished but those who wish to do their own interior designing can change the furniture and decorations as they please.

They claim to have over 50 activities and programs for residents to develop their interest in such as yoga, tai chi, aqua therapy, reflexology and karaoke, with classes available for swimming and music. They often do outings and visits to exhibitions and other destinations as well.

Being a senior assisted living residence, Domitys is targeted at local seniors, expats in Malaysia, medical tourism or even young executives looking for suitable retirement homes for their parents.
Besides that, for seniors, Domitys targets all kinds of seniors: friends wanting to live nearby each other, couples, and also empty-nest seniors.
Other than that, they also have units for corporate people to stay temporarily too, as this was once a service residence called Nomad. However, they are only charged for accommodation and meals.
Friends and family are even welcome to stay when they visit their seniors there or they can even book another unit nearby for a temporary stay. Even your furry pets are allowed there too.
Plus, some even come here to find love! It’s never too late to get back in the game, right?
Premium living
For the price range, their monthly stays differ according to their units and according to the duration of the stay: temporary and permanent. You can also stay there for a couple of days too, just to experience the atmosphere.
The minimum range of a one-bedroom unit is around RM6,899+ monthly.
Right now until May, they’re having a promotion of RM228+ per night. If you’re staying monthly, it’ll be RM6,840.
