Pestle & Mortar Clothing Has A New Flagship Store At APW Bangsar & It Looks Lit!

After their Telawi store in Bangsar closed in 2018, PMC is now back again specifically at APW, stronger than ever.

Dear streetwear homies! Great news. PMC returns with a physical store, still in Bangsar but at APW!

Pestle & Mortar Clothing has been serving you with hip and trendy streetwear since its inception in 2010. After going exclusively online for a while, they’re finally opening a new flagship store called PMC KL at APW Bangsar.

They’re now back, better than ever

We got a chance to witness their grand opening last Thursday (23 February) and not only is the store aesthetic, but it’s also artsy as well!

With microorganic-shaped windows and a monotonous black-and-white colour scheme that represents the brand’s colours, their products stand out like art pieces!

This standalone store also acts as a community hub, where PMC will house in-store exclusives such as their Custom Lab, and host monthly events. PMC also intends to use the conducive space as a platform for other personalities and brands to host events for their own communities. Many of the fixtures in the store can be moved and shifted to create a great space for different activities.

We are thrilled to open our flagship store at APW Bangsar and be a part of this dynamic space that resonates with our Homies.

The brand has withstood the last 13 years because of how we embrace fluidity and evolve, and PMC KL is a testament to that.

We want to use this space to bring different communities together and provide a unique shopping experience for everyone. Welcome to the next chapter of PMC!

Previously in Telawi

They also had a previous flagship store in Telawi that unfortunately closed in August 2018 after 5 years of operating in the retail space in Bangsar.

Because of their previous store, this new location is significant to PMC as it marks their return to Bangsar. APW Bangsar is a bustling space that encapsulates the PMC lifestyle and is a place where one of the brand’s iconic Smashing Weekends was held back in 2014.
