Malaysia’s favorite do-it-yourself store just opened the doors to the MR D.I.Y PLUS megastore at the MidValley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur.
This 30,000 sq ft, two stories tall rendition of the MR D.I.Y store is extra special because it houses all of MR D.I.Y’s “family” brands: MR DOLLAR, MR TOY and MR EXPRESS, all in one EXTRA-LARGE place!
The store showcases around 20,000 types of products from hardware, household and furnishing, electrical, stationery, and sports equipment products and other extra goodies like toys, car accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, food and beverage items, even health and personal care items.
And this was all made possible because YOU, MR D.I.Y’s loyal customers, asked for it!
Because smart and savvy consumers want great value and the convenience of a one-stop-shop, MR D.I.Y PLUS brought it all together in one space.
“We didn’t simply set out to build an extra-large store. MR D.I.Y. PLUS is a carefully curated space that brings together our wide range of everyday essentials in one convenient location,” said MR D.I.Y.’s Head of Marketing Alex Goh at the store’s grand opening yesterday (30 June).
He explained that this extra massive store concept was developed based on insight and customer feedback.

PLUS promises customers that they can still continue to shop for their daily essentials at everyday low prices, but also be entertained, educated and inspired in the process.
