The video streaming site Netflix is popular in Malaysia, not just for their popular original content, but also because of how easily accessible it is.
Since each Netflix account can host up to 5 profiles each with their own recommended shows and viewing history, it’s commonly shared between family and friends using the same email and password.
However, some people might still prefer a bit more privacy. After all, everyone has their guilty pleasures, whether it’s Korean dramas or endless nature documentaries, that they would rather keep private.
Regardless, if you share accounts with other people, it might interest you to know that Netflix actually has a Profile Lock PIN option to keep your specific profile private.

Simply head to the Account page in your profile and add the 4-digit PIN you want. That way, you can be sure no one can snoop around your profile and find out what you’ve been watching.
Additionally, if you’ve finished your entire To Watch List, or if you want a specific show that Netflix doesn’t carry, you can most definitely request for it!
Simply head to their title request webpage and add in a show. You can add as many titles as you want as many times as you want (but doing so doesn’t necessarily guarantee that Netflix will carry it)!
