[Watch] Cuteness Overload! Parents Wore School Uniforms To Motivate Son On First Day Of School
It was their son’s first day in Standard 1 and the whole family dressed up in school uniforms to make it fun.

The first day in a new school can be daunting for young children and parents, especially for those starting Standard 1 today (20 March).
Due to this, some parents have employed ingenious ways to get their children ready for the “big” school.
Parents Mohd Fadzil Abu Naim, 41, and Nurul Aini Mohd Olwi, 41, were praised for being “fun” parents on their son’s Standard 1 orientation day last Saturday.
Based on a video uploaded by Kosmo, both of them wore white school uniforms similar to their son.
It’s believed that they made the effort to dress up to make the first day of school exciting and fun for their son to motivate him to go to school.
The video also showed a scene all teachers have seen before: parents fussing over their children and adjusting the straps of their backpacks.

Netizens loved that the parents went all-out to help make the transition to primary school fun for their son.
They loved how supportive the parents were and said Mohd Fadzil and Nurul Aini were totally Parents of the Year.
However, this sweet gesture also drew negative comments. A netizen said this level of affection can only be done in single-child families while another claimed that the child was too pampered.
Regardless, the young boy in the video will remember his first day of school with his parents for many years to come.
It has also inspired others to plan to do the same for their children in the future.
