Oat milk is healthy and good for you.

It’s high in protein and contains many other nutrients.

Oat milk promotes a healthy digestive system and is packed full of fibre and plant-based protein.

The benefits of oat milk include preventing anaemia, strengthening bones, boosting the immune system, and lowering cholesterol.

Oat milk is also suitable for a healthy diet because it has only one per cent fat and a lot of fibre, which fills you up and stimulates digestion.

Why Has Oat Milk Become So Popular Recently?

Consumers say they choose to eat more plant-based foods for various reasons.

They include improving their overall health, managing weight, and desiring to eat “clean” and eat more sustainably.

At La Juiceria Superfoods, consumers can now savour 100% plant-based oat milk by Oatside, the first “full-stack” oat milk brand from Singapore.

Oatside is part of La Juiceria’s continued effort to encourage customers to join the plant-based movement.

La Juiceria managing director Kong Len Win said Oatside lends a beautiful malty flavour to its range of beverages with a smoother and creamier texture.

Being healthy shouldn’t come at an exorbitant cost; at La Juiceria we do our best to provide our customers with the best ingredients without compromising quality or at any additional cost as a healthy nation is a happy nation.
