Malaysian DJs Are Coming Together For A Record-Breaking 228-Hour Livestream Event

124 DJs spinning for 11 days in attempt to be in the Malaysian Book of Records.

Malaysian DJs across the country will try to spin for 11 consecutive days in an attempt to land themselves a place in the Malaysian Book of Records.

The live stream will be called Independance 2020, which will last for 228 hours and is comprised of 124 DJs playing multiple genres including hip-hop, trance, all the way to dangdut and bhangra.

It will start tonight (24 August) at 10pm up until 12 am on Sunday (30 August 2020).

According to reports, there have been attempts for doing multiple day events with DJ Obi from Nigeria holding the world record for the longest single DJ set at 240 hours or around 10 days.
