As the home-cooking craze takes over pop-culture during the Covid-19 lockdowns across the globe, Malaysian men are carving out a space of their own to showcase their cooking skills online.
Enter the Suami Masak Apa Hari Ini? (What Are The Husbands Cooking Today?) Facebook group, a community that caters to the fine gentlemen of the culinary arts.

The community is made up of monogamous Malaysian men, and a few single strays, who share, discuss, and critique one another one their adventures in the kitchen during the long hours of quarantine.
However, ladies would need to contend themselves to the role of the silent observers on this testosterone-fueled cooking “show”.
The group maintains and prides itself on a very strict “no women allowed” policy where only its male members can post and comment on the page.

From traditional Malaysian meals to the more creative and impromptu #resipicampakcampak cuisines, the group is filled with steamy and sizzling content as well as easy to follow recipes and instructions prepared by the breadwinners of Malaysian families.
