Based on the postings, it looks like they will be performing a cover of the famous patriotic song, Setia, first released and made popular by the legendary songstress, Francissca Peter back in 1987.
The music video would not only feature prominent Malaysian ministers but also our newly appointed king, Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al- Mustafa Billah Shah.
Be sure to catch this thrilling musical collaboration coming to you this Merdeka!
Meanwhile, Malaysian songbird, Yuna had also released a brand new patriotic number titled, Bermula Kita, featuring the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra.
Composed by award-winning musical genius, Rendra Zawawi, the song is the OST to the upcoming feature documentary, M for Malaysia screening in cinemas this 12 till 15 September.
