Malaysian finishes top 3 in Mrs World 2019
Kokilam Kathirvailu has made history by being the first Malaysian to finish in the top three of the Mrs World competition.

The Kuala Lumpur-born 34 year-old mother of three was crowned Mrs Malaysia 2018-2019 last September and is second runner-up in Mrs World 2019.
The winner of Mrs World 2019 was Vietnam’s Jennifer Le, with South Africa’s Matapa Maila Rikhotso as the first runner up.

The event was held at the West Gate Resort in Las Vegas on Saturday with contestants from 38 countries.
Founded in 1984 by David Marmel, who is also the president, Mrs World is the first and oldest beauty pageant of its kind.
It now has national directors in 80 countries.
