Prime Minister Still In Hospital, Not Because Of Tumor
Mahiaddin has been in the hospital since 30 June and is expected to be out soon.

The Prime Minister’s Office said that Prime Minister Tan Sri Mahiaddin Md Yasin is currently undergoing intravenous antibiotic treatment for a gastrointestinal infection.
The statement added that after a thorough health examination, there was no evidence of a recurrence of past tumour problems.
Mahiaddin is currently in a stable condition and is well enough to work while in treatment.
He is expected to be discharged from hospital in a couple of days.
Mahiaddin was admitted to hospital for treatment and monitoring on 30 June after an overnight bout of diarrhea.
