The Special Committee On Covid-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV) wants to know your reactions to the suggestion of making the Covid-19 vaccination compulsory.

The questionnaire was published by the Communications and Multimedia Ministry to help JKJAV to study the people’s reception to whether or not to setting mandatory conditions for vaccination registration among the community to achieve cluster immunity.

This study is conducted by the Information Department.

The study begins today, 9 June and ends on 14 June, 2021.

The questions in the study includes:

  • Have you registered for vaccination?
  • Have you received the vaccination?
  • Have you received enough information about the National Vaccination Program?
  • What is your source of information regarding the National Vaccination Program?
  • Do you agree if the government makes COVID-19 vaccination mandatory?
  • If you agree or otherwise, what is your reason?

There’s also a page for general personal information such as gender, age, race, occupation, the state of your residence, and the district you reside in.

You can participate in the study here.

As of 11:59pm on June 8, a total of 12,774,132 or 52.70% of Malaysians have registered for vaccination and 3,790,121 have been vaccinated.

Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin previously said that if compulsory vaccination is adopted, it can also protect those who are not suitable to receive the vaccine.
