By now, most of us are getting kind of tired of tapau food during the MCO. We’ve gone through too much of the same delivery options and waited far too long for a rider to deliver it. But that doesn’t mean we can’t still have fun with something brand-new!
Street food, reinvented
The Tiger Street Food Box is an exclusive collaboration between classic street food favourites and some of KL’s most popular modern restaurants that comes with delicious fusion Asian food, ice-cold Tiger beer, and a pair of limited-edition chopsticks.
All your supper favourites are here: from Devi’s Corner, Yut Kee, myBurgerLab, Ticklish Ribs & ‘Wiches, to Megah Taiwan Sausage, Mama Manta, LI, Fifty Tales, and Choon Prawn Mee House– but all with a delightful new twist.
The collaboration will allow you to have the best of all worlds, such as the legendary BBQ chicken wings from Ticklish Ribs & ‘Wiches, but slathered with Devi’s Corner’s famous mango chutney; pork shoulders from Fifty Tales braised in prawn mee broth from Choon Prawn Mee House; or a succulent lime sauce chicken burger from myBurgerLab, but topped with Mama Manta’s Grill Fish Sambal!
We got to try it out with the myBurgerLab x Yut Kee exclusive Hainanese Chicken Chop burger, which was a fantastic merge of classic Hainanese chicken chop and gravy in burger form.
The chilled Tiger beer was just the perfect way to end the meal too.
