There’s A Vaccination Centre In Sunway Now & Here’s How To Register If You’re Living In Petaling
The Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre is expected to vaccinate around 1.8 million people living in Petaling.

You can now get vaccinated at the Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre (SPCC) until February 2022 – a period of ten months – under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (NCIP).
Touted as Malaysia’s first large-scale centre, it has a capacity to vaccinate around 5,000 people per day and it’s expected that the SPCC will vaccinate around 1.8 million people in the Petaling district.
The 150,000 sq ft hall has been used for the first phase of the vaccine programme during which some 9,000 frontliners have been vaccinated and 13,000 doses have been administered to date.
As for the inoculation process, this will be carried out by Petaling Health District Office.
Sunway said that so far, they have committed more than RM50 million since March 2020 and are providing their convention centre rent-free for 11 months to support the national immunisation programme, which will cost Sunway another RM28 million.
Here’s how you register if you’re living in Petaling
To register for the vaccination, there are a few ways that you can do so:
- via MySejahtera app
- Logging into https://www.vaksincovid.gov.my/en/
- Call 1800-888-828
Wait for the appointment date and details via MySejahtera. Ensure that the app push notification is activated for you to receive details on the appointment.
What you need to bring along
- Your Identification Card
- 2 copies of the vaccine consent form (can be downloaded on MySejahtera app)
- Your phone with your MySejahtera App
- If you have any medical conditions, bring along your relevant medical letter or medical report from your doctor, as well as a list of your current medication(s)
