Malaysians are throwing a fit on social media as CIMB’s internet banking service or CIMB Clicks goes offline, again.

Some netizens claimed that they have been experiencing problems with the service for the past few days.

The CIMB Clicks website shows a service notification detailing that the system was experiencing “unusually high traffic today which is impacting your experience,” adding that the bank’s instant transfer service was also temporarily unavailable starting 27 January until further notice.

CIMB also ushered its customers to perform their transactions at an ATM, delayed transfer (Interbank GIRO) or the DuitNow payment app.
