Jalan Bangsar Closed After Dead Body Found In The Middle Of The Road This Morning

Commuters were met by a grisly sight early this morning when a man was found dead in the middle of Jalan Bangsar.
According to New Straits Times, the body was discovered with stab wounds around 5.30am and Jalan Bangsar was subsequently closed as the police conducted investigations on the crime scene.

Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Zairulnizam Mohd Zainuddin@Hilmi said there were no identification documents found on the 30-year-old victim. The police believe the victim was murdered and are currently investigating under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
The Star later reported that the body has been sent to Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) for post-mortem.
