Covid-19: Taman SEA, PJ School Teacher Tests Positive

A schoolteacher at SMK Taman SEA in Petaling Jaya has tested positive for Covid-19.
The news is reported by The Sun Daily and FMT that state students and staff of the school who are close contacts of the teacher have been instructed to undergo 14-day home quarantine.
The Sun was informed by the school that the teacher tested positive on Monday (5 October) and had not been in school since 30 September.
A staff member told FMT the infected teacher had tested positive for the coronavirus while in Kelantan and was serving home quarantine in Kelantan after coming in contact with an infected patient, who was in turn infected by an individual who had returned from Sabah.
The school told the news portal that it is currently awaiting instructions from the Education Ministry.
