In a Facebook post, FRIM explained that visitors will be suspended up to 50 metres above the forest and can walk around the 250-metre long structure to enjoy glorious views of the botanical gardens, lush FRIM forest and even the sprawling sight of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.

Among the sights visitors can catch from the Forest Skywalk include KLCC, KL Tower, TRX and even the Telekom Tower!

If you can’t visit the skywalk on Merdeka day, fret not as it is open 7 days a week!

From Mondays to Sundays, visitors can enter between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm. On Fridays, however, there’s a break between 12.15pm to 2.45pm for Friday prayers.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the maximum number of visitors per day is limited to 150 people and only 10 people are allowed on the Forest Skywalk at any one time.

There’s an entry fee of RM15 for Malaysian adults (with IC), while kids under 17 only need to pay RM8 and the elderly pay RM10.

Do take note only those above 13 years old can access the 50 metre tower, and there’s an additional RM5 fee.
