LHDN: Income Tax Filing Deadline Is Next Week

The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) is reminding Malaysians that the deadline for filing and submitting their income tax forms is fast approaching.
Income Tax Return Forms (ITRF) in the non-business category for assessment year 2019 have to be submitted by 30th June.
In a statement released today, LHDN urged taxpayers to keep important details up-to-date in the filing, such as full names, identification card numbers, active bank account details, mailing addresses, phone numbers and e-mails to ensure a smooth process for tax returns.
The deadline for ITRF in the business category for assessment year 2019 is 30th August. Those who miss the deadline to file their taxes will incur a late penalty fee.
Malaysians can file taxes online at the ezHASiL website (HERE) or manually to the following address:
