Entry To Public Higher Education Institutions With UPUonline Results To Be Announced On 3 June

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) school leavers who have applied to public tertiary education institutions will soon know their results.
Result of admission will be announced on 3 June via the UPUPocket mobile app or on their websites (http://jpt.umt.edu.my; http://jpt.ums.edu.my; https://jpt.unimas.my; https://jpt.utm.my; and http://jpt.uum.edu.my).
Candidates who were successful in their application will be receiving offer letters from their respective institutions. The candidates will also be required to confirm their acceptance within the stipulated period.
Candidates who failed to get a placement at public universities, teacher education institutes, or matriculation colleges will have only five working days to submit an online appeal via UPUOnline Rayuan from June 3 to June 10, 12pm to 5pm. The time frame available for appeals is rather short, which is why it’s crucial to check early and prepare accordingly!
However, appeals to premier polytechnics, conventional polytechnics, METrO polytechnics, community colleges and skills training institutions can appeal directly to the respective agencies.
Approval of appeals will be made based on the number of vacancies at the respective public institution after the intake of new students according to policy.
The student admission management division of the Department of Higher Education will be operating its hotline from 3 June to 10 June, 8.30am to 4pm, to enable applicants to check and facilitate consultations.
