If you’ve ever wondered how our national athletes continue their training regimen while under the movement control order (MCO), it turns out that they record it and make an extremely entertaining video out of it.
Set to the tune of the classic “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor, the video shows each member of the Malaysian Artistic Gymnastic’s Team doing their daily MCO routine to continue training.
It gives us a glimpse into the hard work the team needs to put in daily, plus the incredible way the human body can move.
But they also show the cute side of spending more time at home. Such as our beloved pets getting in the way of regular activities.
As well as how some people are choosing the use their MCO time to rest instead, and catch up on all our favourite entertainment outlets. Lying down is a work out too.
But most of all, it shows how a team can still keep in touch and train together, especially as their members are spread out all over the country in Selangor, Penang, Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, and Sarawak.
It proves that all it takes is a little bit of creativity to still have fun and partake in the same activities!
