Policeman Collapses While Enforcing MCO Roadblock, Passes Away

A police corporal passed away at Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital in Alor Setar at 5.20am on Tuesday (24 March) morning.

Mohd Masri Maguni who is attached to the Kepala Batas police station was manning a Movement Control Order (MCO) roadblock in Alor Setar on Saturday (21 March).

While doing so, he suddenly collapsed and was then rushed to the hospital and admitted for treatment.

Despite rumours of COVID-19, Mohd Masri reportedly died from high blood pressure. He was 58-years-old.
