KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 10, 2016:

Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is conducting investigations into claims by a passenger made yesterday.

According to sources, MAS was aware of the claims by a female DJ who said that one of the airlines’ officers acted unprofessionally.

“We are aware of the matter, we are now conducting investigations because what we have now is the story from one side.

“So we need to get an explanation from the other side,” the source said when contacted.

Yesterday, the Facebook status of DJ Leng Yein went viral in which she explained her dissatisfaction with the treatment given by an MAS officer at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Leng Yein claimed that the officer acted unprofessionally towards passengers when conducting flight ticket checks.

The matter caught the attention of netizens with Facebook comments reaching 1,800 in addition to 12,900 likes from Facebook users.

Most users hope for MAS to resolve the matter appropriately
