KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 21, 2016:
Former DAP member Mohamed Razali Abdul Rahman has never held any positions in the party.
In a statement released today, the party said that Mohamed Razali had never served any in post in the DAP national headquarters or the Penang headquarters.
According to the statement, Mohamed Razali also had never been a staff in the Penang Chief Minister’s office nor was he a special assistant to Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.
“Mohamad Razali joined the DAP in 2008 and was subsequently sacked in 2011 when he accused the DAP of a ‘Christian plot’ to take over Putrajaya.
“This ridiculous claim, that he was a special assistant to the Chief Minister has been denied many times by Lim and the party. Razali’s so-called ‘position’ in the party was completely conjured up by pro-UMNO/BN blogs and portals,” said the statement.
Mohamed Razali had previously claimed Israeli intelligence experts were involved in training the G17, or a group of 17 DAP strategy experts headed by Lim and Tony Pua, and that they had frequented Singapore to meet with representatives from the Israeli Embassy.
In addition, he claimed that DAP was allegedly offered a fund of US$300 million (RM1.2 billion) for the 13th General Election by Israel and an in return, an Israeli military base will be built at Port Dickson, if DAP manage to capture Putrajaya.
