DENVER, Dec 24, 2015:A man jailed after a woman claimed she dreamt that he had raped her has been freed after spending 28 years in jail. Clarence Moses-El, 60, was released earlier this week after a district court judge overturned his conviction for rape after another inmate allegedly confessed to the crime, KDVR reported. “I waited a long time for this,” said Moses-El, who had always maintained his innocence. Moses-El was convicted of raping and assaulting a woman when she returned home from a night of drinking in 1987. The victim said his face came to her in a dream while in the hospital, news.com.au reported. Moses-El was sentenced to 48 years in prison. The victim knew Moses El because he was her neighbour. She was severely beaten, suffered multiple facial fractures and was in a coma.
