ON Thursday, November 12, Carvana announced the launch of the first car vending machine in Nashville, Tennessee.

Customers wishing to buy a car can now do so online, and pick up their vehicle from a giant car vending machine in Tennessee.

Carvana, named Forbes’ fifth most promising company, has designed a machine that delivers cars much like “a can of soda is dispensed from a traditional vending machine.”

The multi-storey structure, however, does not accept regular coins, but a custom token picked up at a kiosk that corresponds to the client’s order.

The tower can hold up to 20 cars and contains three customer delivery bays and an automated delivery system.
