KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 27, 2015:
Eight suspects believed involved in the murder case Anthony Kevin Morais will be charged in the Petaling Jaya magistrate’s court and Jalan Duta magistrate’s court tomorrow.
Kuala Lumpur Crime Investigation Department chief Datuk Zainuddin Ahmad said one of the suspects in the murder case of the deputy head of the Appellate and Trial Division from the Attorney-General’s Chambers, would be charged in Petaling Jaya and the rest in Jalan Duta.
The body of Morais, 55, was found in a drum filled with concrete at Persiaran Subang Mewah, Subang Jaya, near here last Sept 16.
He was reported missing on Sept 4 and was last seen leaving his condominium in Menara Duta here to go to his office in Putrajaya in a Proton Perdana bearing registration number WA6264Q.
The Kuala Lumpur Hospital Forensic Medical Department has yet to confirm the cause of the victim’s death.
